 | A: We provide for a 90 day guarantee if the buyer is not completely satisfied with the purchase.

 | A: Yes, we do combine shipping on multiple unit purchases. We provide a $2 discount on each additional unit purchased. |

 | A: Shipping is generally next day, excluding weekend purchases which are shipped on Monday.
Delivery is typically expected within 10 business days.
Please be aware that delays by customs are outside of our control and may impact delivery speed. |

 | A: Yes, we do ship worldwide however, due to competitive reasons, we are not allowed by the manufacturer, to ship to Hong Kong, Singapore or Taiwan at this time. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

 | A: Our battery products are warehoused and shipped out of Hong Kong.
Shipping is via Hong Kong Post. International Registered Air Mail is our standard shipping method, not regular air mail!
A tracking/confirmation number is provided for every shipment. |

 | Q: Are tools provided with the product to assist in installation? |

 | A: All iPod replacement batteries are shipped with a tool to assist with installation.
For all other battery types, a T5 Torx Driver, T6 Torx Driver, Philips and/or Slot Screw Driver can be provided with your order at no additional cost. Please indicate at time of order if you require one or more of these to be provided at no cost. |
