Within 7 days after receiving your order, link-delight-oz offers a No-hassle 7 days exchange (replace) only if you goods are found to be defective by manufacturer. The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:

• We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use factor, buyer has responsibility to follow the test correctly.
• The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
• Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping, but we will cover all expense of sending replacement.
• Any returning must enquire us first, to send back without return ID (given by our customer service) will not be accepted.
• Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
