- Q: What is your Return Policy?
- LinkDelight offers a No-hassle exchange within 30days only if your goods are found to be defective by manufacturer. The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:
- We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use, buyer has responsibility to cooperate and follow the test correctly.
- The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
- Customer's response of cost of return shipping, while LD will cover all expense of send out replacement.
- Any returning must enquire us first, to send back without return ID (given by LD customer service) will not be accepted.
- Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
- LinkDelight does not has responsibility to response on item lost during returning.
- Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.

- We now only accept paypal payment. You can just bid the item you want to buy. Then you can follow up ebay steps to pay the item by Paypal.

- The shipping fee will be listed on our listing. Please refer to our listing for the detail. For the locations not on the listing, please contact our customer service for the detail.
- Q: Do you offer fast shipping?
- We do offer fast shipping. But extra postage is needed for different countries. Please contact our customer service about the fee, if you need fast shipping service.
- Q: Has my order been shipped?
- After the parcel left warehouse, the order status will be changed and a dispatch email will be sent to you. Please check the order status later after the payment sent.
- Q: What International shipping options do I have?
- We ship most of our items by normal airmail via Hong Kong post. You can choose express mail, but extra potage is needed.
- Q: Can I combine multiple items to save on shipping?
- We do combine shipping for multiple items. If the shipping fee is USD10.00 for the first item, plus USD9.00 for the second one. We will have USD1.00 discount for each additional item.
- Q: How many days spend on delivery?
- For the parcels will be shipped by normal airmail, it normally will take about 7-14 working days on delivery. But for some remote areas, such as Italy, France, Brazil, Turkey etc. the delivery time can be about 4-6 weeks.

- As it is illegal to mark the parcel as a gift, we normally will mark the parcel with low value to help to avoid high tax. Please kindly note.
