Sales Policy
Before you bid, please read the Item Description, Conditions of Sale & our Sales Policy. If you bid on one of our items, it will be accepted that you have read, understood and agreed to all of these terms & conditions:
Our terms are designed with YOU in mind and provide simple, no fuss protection. We adhere to all eBay trading rules and seek to ensure that you are a satisfied customer.
Secure Checkout
For our customers ease we use the PayPal secure checkout system. Please ensure that you use the PayPal checkout in order for us to process your order accurately and quickly as possible.
- After the auction you will be emailed a payment email with link with full instructions for payment.
- At the Checkout you will be provided with both online (PayPal/Credit Card) and traditional payment options (Internet Banking Transfer), you will be able to confirm your shipping address. You will find all the information you need to complete your purchase.
Purchasing & Payment
- By bidding on our auction's you are agreeing to all our terms, conditions and sales policies.
- While all care is taken, any errors or omission in the item details is unintentional.
- All pictures contained within our listings are for illustration purposes only; and are as close to the original product as possible, materials used from time to time may vary with supply due to hand made nature of the products, and will never be exact copy of photo (for seats especialy with artifiact in them)
- The winning bidder must complete the sale transaction via our checkout within 3 days from the end of the auction.
- Items not paid within 7 days will be automatically re-listed & submitted to eBay’s Non Paying Bidder Program.
- Non Paying Customers will be reported to ebay and negative feedback will be left.
- For Bank Payment, Your ITEM NUMBER or EBAY USER NAME must be used as payment reference to ensure your payment can be identified. If this is not included, your shipment will be delayed.
- By bidding or purchasing an item from us you expressly agree to indemnify MLR Trading Pty Ltd from any liability, loss, injury or otherwise which may arise from the use, misuse, inability to use that item by yourself or any third party. By Bidding or purchasing an item from us you agree that MLR Trading Pty Ltd liability is limited to the sale price of that relevant item.
- All prices include GST. A Tax Invoice will be posted to you, once payment has been received.
Shipping & Handling
Australia Only
· Please refer to the shipping table on each item listing for the cost of shipment.
· Shipments are usually made within 48Hrs of payment being received and cleared.
· Shipments are dispatched directly from our warehouse, pickup is not possible.
· MLR Trading’s shipping partner is Australia Post.
· Shipping, handling & transit insurance fees are non refundable.
· All our parcels are sent via registered post which is covered by insurance to the value of your purchase price. In the unlikely event you need to make a claim, it is up to you to do so, using your registered post number (which is stated on your invoice and parcel) forms are available from your local post office. All original packaging must be retained in order to make a claim. MLR Trading will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
· You can save on Shipping when you purchase multiple items. If you want this service you must notify us with your first purchase and all purchases must be completed within seven days from the original purchase date. Discounted shipping rates are calculated as follows. The Item with highest Shipping & Handling amount will be charged at full price, with each additional item being charged at a 50% discount to their normal Shipping & Handling price. For example, if you won multiple items shipping costs for the first item will be $25 plus $10 for each item thereafter, please check your listing for further information.

Shipping terms as Above however postage discounts are not availabe as postage is calculated on weight. Please contact us if you are unsure.
Delivery
· All deliveries are made to buyer's address provided in your eBay profile. Please ensure your information is correct before you bid, as we do not refund for shipment made on any incorrect information. Buyers will also be charged a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered and returned to the seller as a result of unsuccessful delivery. We cannot instruct Australia Post of any special delivery requests, they will only deliver to the address stated originally by you. If you are not home on delivery they may leave you a red card, which you will need to take to your local Post Office to collect you parcel.
· Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery once payment has been confirmed. In most cases delivery is much quicker. Overseas purchases need to allow 21-28 days for delivery. We will not be responsible for any delays in shipping times.
Packaging
· MLR Trading takes every care when packaging our products to ship to you. We make every effort to reduce any damage which may occur during shipping.
Feedback
· Positive Feedback is always returned after positive feedback has been received from customers.
· Always contact us if you have any issues – as we do not respond where negative feedback has been threatened or posted without having the opportunity to assist you first.
Warranty and Returns
Our business is based on satisfying our customers with high quality products. Should there be any concerns with your purchase, we would ask you to contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to assist you in achieving the best possible outcome.

Insurance Claim |
(1) We will provide you with full product information & shipping confirmation for insurance purposes. Customers are responsible for lodging any insurance claim with their local post office. Any insurance claim is between the purchaser (you) and insurer (Australia Post).
(2) You will need to have the original packaging with you when lodging the claim.
(3) Your post office will get you to lodge a customer complaint form and once processed will refund you for the price of the damaged products.
(4) If you then require a replacement, you will need to pay us the reimbursed price from Australia Post and we will despatch the replacement item to you.
(5) MLR Trading will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods during transit. |

(1) All products are new unless otherwise described in the listing. However as you are bidding at auction warranty is limited to 30 days from the purchase date.
(2) For items purchased under the selling price of $30, no warranty applies.
(3) For all items purchased over the selling price of $30, MLR trading may at it’s discretion replace, repair or send required parts to the purchaser. The purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping & handling costs for any replacement item. Payment of return shipping must be remitted prior to the replacement of any item.
(4) Photographic proof of any damage will be required for us to attempt to resolve any warranty issues.
(5) No warranty, returns or refunds will be offered to any items sold as “Seconds” or described as having flaws or slight defects. Please read the description of the item you are bidding on carefully. |

Items Not Covered by Warranty |
The following items are not covered by warranty. This applies to all items purchased from MLR Trading.
(1) Any items under the purchase price of $30 are not covered by warranty.
(2) Any items that are listed as being “Seconds” are not covered by warranty.
(3) Any items that are listed as having flaws or slight defects are not covered by warranty.
(4) Bonus Items or Free Products are not covered by warranty.
(5) Items that are a variation to picture, as products are hand made and material used varies with supply |
