We custom made to all orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for production for fabric lounges, 4-6 weeks for leather lounges, unless request as a urgent, or floor items, or through previous discussion with seller.

30% deposit is payable at the end of "bidding" or "buy it now" in order to start with the production. Delay in deposit payment may result in delay in delivery/pick up. If payment is not received in 7 days time, and no communication received, we serve the right to cancel the transacation and relist on eBay.

The remaining balance will be payable before delivery or on pick up.

Although we are confident with our products, we do still offer a 14 days money back guarantee if there is any manufacturing defect. Floor stock item excepted. eBay fees, PayPal/Credit Card fees, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
