Q: I've received one item today but I had also purchased two other items at same time. Where the other two items were?
A: In most cases, if you ordered 3 items or less, normally they will be packaged in separated envelopes. Because of this, even though they are shipped on same day but they may not be delivered on same day.

Q: I would like to know when I will get the item in mail?
A: According to Australia Post, it may take 2 – 7 business days for regular mail and 1 – 3 days for express mail to delivery in Australia. Please be aware, delivery is not possible on weekends, public holidays or during after hours.

Q: Could you please deliver this item by Tuesday next week?
A: We guarantee that your item will be shipped with Australia Post next business day after your payment is clear. However, we can't guarantee exactly when you will receive your item because it is totally out of our control. If you need the item urgently, please choose express mail. Australia Post will guarantee you the delivery date (but not us).
