By placing a bid on any Auction item or purchasing a 'Buy It Now' item you are agreeing to
Terms and Conditions.
1. Shipping time in our listings is an estimation; it is not a guarantee of delivery
time, although most of the items arrive within the specified time frame in the listings.
2. Please refer to the measurements listed prior to bidding. We provide detailed dress
measurements of each garment. We suggest you measure your own items at home for comparison.
3. All our products are sold new with tags. All items are 100% authentic guaranteed.
4. Make sure the item you will bid/purchase is the one you want, no exchange of size and
color for auction listing after item is won/purchased, but exchange will be accepted for buy it
5. Please do not bid on our auction if buyer is not serious about buying this item. Cancellation for transactions are not allowed once you win an item.
6. We take no responsibility if buyer offered us a wrong shipping address.
7. We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.

Exchange, Refund&Credit Policy
We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable. However, we understand that sometimes
you may not be satisfied with your purchase; your item may not fit or you simply might have changed
your mind. For any of the reason you wish to return, exchange, or be issued a store credit, we have a
fast and efficient way to make this process hassle free for our customers.
1. You must send an eBay message to us within 3 days (72 hours) since the reception of your
item(s). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return.
2. Dress (es) must be postmarked back to us within 14 days from when the item was
3. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or
odors. Return shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility.
4. All items that are returned MUST have the Returned Merchandise Authorization number
(RMA#). If any packages do not have the RMA, the return transactions will not be successfully
processed. NOTE: The RMA# will be given with the response email.
5. If a negative feedback is posted before an attempt to resolve the problem, we
will reserve the right to accept the negative feedback as the final resolution to the matter and
a return will no longer be accepted.
6. If buyer misread our item description prior to bidding, so that the item is unfit, we
do not offer exchange.
Exchange, Refund&Credit Policy:
1. For quality issues please supply photos of the matter to be resolved. If the matter cannot be
resolved, we will
resend or give full store credit. If the matter can be resolved, we will offer partial store credit to fix
