What does GWP mean?
GWP stands for Gift With Purchase. These items are smaller than full size retail items and are usually in different packaging. However, the product is exactly as a retail item. GWP are not samples nor are they given away for free over the counter at department stores. A customer must purchase a set price of items during a department store promotion in order to receive GWP items. GWP items are a great, inexpensive way to try out a product prior to purchasing the full retail size. They’re also a handy size to keep in your purse or for traveling.
How do I pay for my item?
An invoice will be sent to you with our payment details and instructions. This information can also be retrieved from ‘My Ebay’ – ‘Check Out.’ Please make sure your postal details are correct and up to date, as this is where your item will be sent (unless you specify a different address for delivery). All purchases must be paid for within 7 days, unless otherwise arranged.Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after payment has been confirmed.
Accepted methods of payment include:
Credit card (VISA, Mastercard) or bank deposit via Paypal's secure server.
Via Internet banking or in person at any Commonwealth Bank. Please use your Ebay username as reference with payment. (Depending on your bank's processing time, please allow 1-2 working days for payment to clear. If making payment via a Commonwealth Bank account, processing time will be much quicker and usually within a day).
Please note that your item will not be posted until cheque has cleared and money order received. Personal cheques are not accepted.
How are items posted and delivered?
We post everyday Monday to Friday. Delivery is through Australia Post. We offer three postage services:

We professionally and securely wrap your parcel in order to minimise any potential damage during transit. Delivery time varies according to the postal service and your location. Regular and Registered Post may take between 3-5 days for delivery. However, the usual time is much quicker. Please note that Regular Post is not traceable. If you wish to have your order tracked, we recommend Registered Post or Express Post.
