Accepted methods of payment:

Paypal:

Credit card (VISA, Mastercard) or bank deposit via Paypal's secure server.

Bank Deposit:

Via Internet banking or in person at any Commonwealth Bank. Please use your Ebay username or item number as reference with payment. (Depending on your bank's processing time, please allow 1-2 working days for payment to clear. If making payment via a Commonwealth Bank account, processing time will be much quicker and usually within a day).

Money Order / Bank Cheque:

Please note that your item will not be posted until cheque has cleared and money order received. Personal cheques are not accepted.

Payment must be received within 7-days, unless otherwise arranged. If payment has not been finalised within the specified period, your product may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted. Non-paying bidders will be reported to Ebay. This can be serious and lead to your account being suspended.

Shipping:

We post everyday Monday to Friday. Delivery is through Australia Post. We offer three postage services:

All items will be shipped within 24 hours after payment has been confirmed. Your order will be shipped to your confirmed address. Please make sure your postal details are correct and up to date, as this is where your item will be sent (unless you specify a different address for delivery).

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE BY AUSTRALIA POST. As a result, we strongly recommend Registered Post or Express Post. Registered post includes insurance and tracking of your order/parcel. (Please note: If your item is damaged or lost by Australia Post, we will still assist in rectifying the situation on your behalf).

We professionally and securely wrap your parcel in order to minimise any potential damage during transit. Delivery time varies according to the postal service and your location. Regular and Registered Post may take between 3-5 days for delivery. However, the usual time is much quicker.
