if you pay by paypal, you must take insurance
Now with paypal, the buyer can tell : “the packet was not arrive” and paypal take the money of seller to give to buyer, even if the packet arrived !

Ps : paypal does not ensure your purchases, it takes the money with the salesman to return it to the purchaser
