Regret - there is no return/refund for stated Discount/Clearance items and Jewellery. Other than these items, we will happily exchange, or issue a refund in the following 2 situations:
- Where the item is significantly different than what was described in the auction listing.
- Where the item is faulty. (This does not apply to items listed as discounted or described as such.)
Please Note - We do not refund any return postage and handling charges incurred. Any AGREED return must be received by ourselves within 7 days from date of our written agreement. |
