What Is Combined Shipping?
When you purchase multiple items on eBay, the shipping gets charged for each invididual item you purchase. However, multiple items can be packed together in a box and sent as one parcel, saving money on postage and shipping costs.
This practice is known as combined shipping.
In most cases, customers can save between 30% to 60% on their shipping costs!
Does MJS Electrical Products & Supplies Offer Combined Shipping?
MJS Electrical Products and Supplies believes in offering a great deal to customers, that is why we combine the shipping on all of our orders, if the customer checks out correctly. If the customer checks out and pays for each item individually, we will be unable to combine their order.
Who Is Eligable for Combined Shipping?
Any person who purchases more than One Individual Item from MJS Electrical Products & Supplies is eligable for combined shipping. As long as the correct procedure is followed, you will get combined shipping.
How Do I Get Combined Shipping?
The process to get combined shipping is simple.
1. Visit the eBay listings of the products you want.
2. Click "Buy It Now" and commit to purchasing the product.
3. DO NOT PAY for the products right away. This is very important.
4. Once you have purchased all your products, you can request a COMBINED TOTAL for your order. An email gets sent to us notifying us that you have an order waiting to be combined.
5. MJS Electrical Products & Supplies will see that you have purchased multiple items, and proceed to combine your order, applying the best postage rate we can offer you for all the items you purchased. In past instances, this has saved our customers $100's of dollars in postage costs.
6. An email will be sent to you with the new combined order total, with the discounted postage. You may make payment against this new invoice. If for some reason you do not get this email, simply log into your eBay account and check your purchases / items Won page. You will see your order has been updated on eBay with the new amount.
I have Paid for all my items individally. Can I Get a Refund on the Shipping?
Unfortuantley, once an item has been paid for we can not refund the shipping costs. It is very important that to avoid any dissapointment or excess shipping costs, you follow the above procedure to claim your combined shipping discounts.
What Are Your Combined Shipping Rates?
MJS Electrical Products & Supplies will offer you the cheapest rate possible for the items you have ordered. We have contract agreements with Australia Post as well as many different courier companies. Your shipping is calculated on the size and total weight of the order. If more than one box needs to be used to send all your items, these costs will be taken into account. However, at the end of the day, combined shipping will always be cheaper than paying for shipping on each and every individual item.
