How long after payment will you dispatch my item?
We will try to dispatch your item within 48 hours of payment. However please note that during busy period this can take up to 72 hours.
How long after dispatch should I expect wait for delivery?
We use Australia post tracked delivery for all Australia orders and approximate Australia post delivery times are as follows:
Sydney Metro - next day delivery
Melbourne & Brisbane Metro - 2 business days
Adelaide Metro - 3 business days
Perth & Darwin Metro - 4 business days
Tasmania - 4 business days
All regional orders - the delivery time will take longer depending on the state and region. These delivery times should be used as a guide only.

Returns
Can I return my item if I don't like or it doesn't fit?
We will accept return for refund if the item is not 100% as described by us. We will happily refund the listed/paid price of the item once it has been returned and assessed. Customers are only able to request an exchange for garments that are still currently available for sale online. Items purchased on eBay can only be sent back to the eBay store with its original purchase docket to the following address:

Can you order an item that you don't have listed
All available items are currently listed on the website; however we are regularly updating our website with new stock so keep checking the site for new arrivals.
I've just paid for one item but want to add another to the invoice, can this be done?
