Flavour Selection Policy

Many of the products that Massive Joe's Nutrition sells are available in a variety of flavours. Where Massive Joe's Nutrition offers a selection of flavours for a particular product in an eBay listing, Massive Joe's Nutrition cannot dispatch the order containing that particular product until the customer has confirmed a flavour selection. Where an order contains a number of different products, some which have a variety of flavours and some which do not, dispatch of the entire order will be delayed until the selection of flavour(s) of products in the order have been confirmed.

The customer can confirm the flavour of any product by contacting Massive Joe's Nutrition through email or through eBay. In the event that the customer fails to contact Massive Joe's Nutrition upon placement of the order, Massive Joe's Nutrition will attempt to contact the customer through email or through eBay to confirm the flavour selection. In the event that the customer fails to confirm a flavour selection within a reasonable period of time, Massive Joe's Nutrition may exercise its discretion to cancel the order.

Massive Joe's Nutrition will not dispatch any order containing any products with a flavour selection until the flavour selection has been confirmed.

Occasionally, throughout the duration of an eBay listing, some of the flavours for a particular product that are offered at the start of the eBay listing may become unavailable. If the customer selects a flavour that, for whatever reason, has become unavailable, the customer is entitled, at its discretion, to chose an alternative flavour or receive a full refund on the purchase price of the order.

Payment Methods

Massive Joe's Nutrition will not dispatch any order until payment for that order has been received in full.

Massive Joe's Nutrition accepts the following methods of payment for orders placed through eBay:

1. Bank Deposit
2. PayPal
3. Australia Post Money Order

If the customer selects the Bank Deposit option, Massive Joe's Nutrition will send the required bank deposit information via email to the customer after completing checkout. Bank Deposit payments often take up to 3 business days to be received.

If the customer selects the PayPal option, the customer will be redirected to PayPal's website upon completing checkout to process payment. PayPal Instant Payments are received instantly, while PayPal eCheques often take up to 5 business days to be received.

If the customer selects the Australia Post Money Order option, Massive Joe's Nutrition will send the required delivery address via email to the customer after completing checkout. An Australia Post Money Order will be deemed to be received only at the time that Massive Joe's Nutrition has processed the Australia Post Money Order at an Australia Post outlet.

Returns

Massive Joe's Nutrition will accept returns if a product is faulty or is significantly different to what is described in the item description.

If an item is to be returned it must be returned in its original, sealed package and must be unused.

Consideration for returned items will be given as a full refund of the purchase price or as a credit, at the discretion of Massive Joe's Nutrition. Postage and handling costs will not be refunded, except in the case where Massive Joe's Nutrition has been grossly negligent.

Trademark Policy

Massive Joe's Nutrition offers for sale products that are manufactured under license by a number of different companies. Massive Joe's Nutrition does not attempt in any way to claim ownership of any product that has been trademarked by, or registered to, any company other than Massive Joe's Nutrition. Massive Joe's Nutrition makes every attempt to represent all products correctly and to represent all products as it would expect the products to be represented by their respective owners. Massive Joe's Nutrition makes these representations in good faith and as such Massive Joe's Nutrition cannot be held liable for any breach of copyright, any trademark infringement or any other violation of any intellectual property protection mechanism.

Massive Joe's Nutrition does not warrant that the importation of products from any country is free of infringement of any patents or trademarks of the importing country, nor that use of such products in any country is free from such infringement.
