Postage

• Item/s will be posted as soon as confirmation of payment is received. 
• NOTE - Direct Deposits may take 2 - 3 bank business days before I receive notification of payment.
• 
• All items are securely wrapped to reduce the risk of damage.  Where possible packaging will be recycled to both reduce the cost and to help the enviroment.
• Please ensure your address details are correct. 
• Insurance is optional on all items (Domestic and International).
• Registered Post is recommended.

My Refund Policy

• The description is as accurate as possible.  Please make any enquiries prior to bidding.
• Registered Post is recommended.  Items lost in the mail will not be refunded - although a Claim enquiry will be lodged with Australia Post on your behalf.
• Please advise me of any problem as soon as you receive the item.
• Please choose carefully.  I don't normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.  Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to.
• Money (less postage & handling) may be refunded (on items reported with 7 days) as soon as I receive the item by return mail. (DO NOT return item without first contacting me).
• Exchanges / Merchant Credit may be offered after 7 days.
• Return postage charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

To date I have had no problems with damaged or lost mail and there has been no need to refund any items. 
These policies are in place to enable both of us piece of mind.
