1. When will I receive my item?
Generally, shipping time for different countries are as follows:
United Kingdom: 5 to 14 business days;
United States, Australia and Canada: 7 to 14 business days;
France, Spain and Italy: takes up to 25 business days;
Others: varies from location, 7 to 14 business days in most cases.


A few of our orders may take a bit longer time to arrive due to custom stuck or delay of your local delivery postage. If your item not arrives at you before the endtime of the above period, feel free to ask for further help. We appreciate communication before you leave any feedback.


2. My order is stuck in my local custom. They asked me to pay for custom duties in order to continue with the delivery. What can I do?
Please understand that custom duties or taxes are charged by your own countries. So, we will not responsible for any of these charges. Generally, we mark the item as GIFT when sending the item and most of our buyers do not need to pay for the tax according to our experience.


3. Do you combine shipping on multiple orders?
Yes. We certainly combine shipping on multiple orders. All items in our shop are eligible for combined shipping discount. Please check details here.


4. How can I get combined shipping?
To get our combined shipping discount, visit our shop and buy what you want. If you have purchased more than 1 item, we will usually send a combined payment information (with discount) to you within 1 business day. If you still want to purchase more / wait for the end of other autions, you can continue as you like. However, you need to finish your purchase within 7 days.


5. What payment method do you accept? How do I know you have recieved my payment?
We only accept paypal for payment right now. Normally, you will recieve a confirmation email sent by the paypal system as soon as your payment has been recieved and cleared. If you have not yet recieved this email, feel free to contact us (info@mee.hk) for any support.


6. I keep getting an error message when I try to make payment for your items. What's going on?
It may take a few moments for the system to recognize your purchase. In the event that this happens to you, simply wait a half hour and try again. If for some reason you still continue to have trouble, please send an email to info@mee.hk with the following information:

a) your paypal email address;
b) all item no. for ebay items that you have purchased and
c) your shipping address.

We will send a direct invoice to your paypal email address for you to make payment.


7. I do not have a paypal account. How can I buy your item?
To protect both buyers and sellers, we highly recommend customers to send their payment through paypal. If you really have problem in such payment method, please contact us (info@mee.hk) for support.


8. When will my order ship?
Our policy is to ship within 2 business day after your cleared payment (You should see the status of your payment in paypal marked with 'completed'). Generally, there is no tracking number for international shipment unless your item price (shipping fee not being calculated) is above AU$15.00 or you have bought insurance when you make your payment. You will receive an email after we ship your items.

The length of time your order takes to arrive depends on a few factors. Approximately 85% of our shipments arrive within 10 business days, but on rare occasions some may take longer. Please be patient, let the post office do its job. If it has been longer than 20 days since your payment has cleared and you still have not received your item, you can send an email to info@mee.hk and we will certainly look into it for you.


9. I am not satisfied with a purchase and would like a refund, how can I get it?
We are sorry you are unsatisfied with your purchase. We strive to please every single customer, and this is why we offer a 30 days (counted from the day we ship your item) money back guarantee on all our products. If you would like, you are more than welcome to return the product to us. However, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

In order to return a product, please contact us first so that we can provide you a detailed return or exchange instructions.


10. When will I get my feedback?
To ensure that shipment has arrived at its destination, we will provide positive feedback after the order has arrived. You may also notify us by sending email to us or just leave feedback to us. To foster a healthy ebay community, we hope you will do the same for us.
