| Refunds
If the item or items arrive and are damaged or faulty, and the fault is not attributed to Australia Post or the buyer, a refund will be issued after the item is returned and at the buyers' request. All postage costs incurred by the buyer in purchasing and returning the item, and the paid cost of the item, will be refunded in full.
Replacements
If the item or items arrive and are damaged or faulty, and the fault is not attributed to Australia Post or the buyer, the buyer may request a replacement item be sent. The original item must first be returned at the buyer's expense, however a refund or store credit will then be issued in reparation of any postal expenses incurred by the buyer in returning the faulty item.
