We are currently out of the office on holidays. We will not have regular internet access and it will take longer than usual to respond to your enquiry. So please be patient.
We have listed a few FAQ's and answers below to assist you in the meantime. Please be patient and rest assured that we will follow up your inquiry in due course and if it is urgent definately before our office re opens on 6th Feb 2017.
FAQ's
1. Was my item sent?
If you paid for your item prior to 5pm on Friday 16th December then it was posted. Items paid after this time will not be sent until the week beginning 9th January 2017.
2. How can I track my item?
All parcels are trackable and you can check the status of you parcel by using the tracking number uploaded to the transaction please go to auspost.com.au and enter the tracking number.
Alternatively you can contact your local post office to see if the parcel is waiting there for you to collect. Please note not all posties/couriers will leave a collection card, however, all parcels will require a signature on delivery. At this busy time of year some parcels may take longer than expected to reach their destination. We ask that you be patient with Australia Post.
3. I am really annoyed my parcel has not arrived in time for Christmas?
We understand your concern and disappointment, however, we have kept our end of the bargain and sent your item in a timely manner. Please do not take your frustration out on us!! Alternatively direct it to Australia Post or the postal service in your country - International customers your item may be waiting for you to provide details/receipts to customs in order for duties to be paid and the parcel released.
We are happy to contact the postal service directly and will do this if you are concerned your item is late.
4. Should I use CAPITAL letters to vent my frustration and will it HELP!!
When you do contact us to vent your disappointment or concerns, please remember you are communicating with another human. Breath...... and be nice! Speak to us the way you would like to be spoken to. We like responding to nice people - it puts a smile on our dial!
