| Refund Policy - please choose carefully:
*You may choose between a refund or replacement/exchange where:
*Goods are faulty, and you have returned them to us within the policy timeframe (7 days)
*We have sent you the incorrect item
*The item you purchased was unavailable
*The goods do not do what they are supposed to do
We do NOT refund in the following circumstances, but are happy to assist with an Exchange:
*You change your mind
*You make a wrong decision
*You purchased an item that is the incorrect size
*Our contracted postal service fails to deliver the item on time (we will assist you to explore your options in claiming compensation from them)
Terms & Conditions for Returns:
*Items must be received back by seller within 7 days of the item tracking as delivered to the buyer
*Items must be unworn and in original condition and packaging
*Original postage charges are non-refundable.
*Buyer pays return postage
*In the case of an exchange, buyer is responsible for postage both ways (please send a prepaid self-addressed satchel with your return, for us to post the new item to you in)
