 Q: How much is postage outside the UK?
  A: Each item is priced individually according to weight and packaging requirements. You pay the full amount on your first item and the 60p less than advertised for each additional item paid for in the same transaction.
 Q: Christmas Posting Deadlines!
  A: For delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed and paid for by the following dates in December: UK 1st Class: 12 noon Wed 19th UK 2nd Class: 8am Mon 17th Western Europe: Noon Tues 11th Eastern Europe: Noon Fri 7th Rest of the World: Noon Fri 2nd Thank you for your understanding at a time when delivery takes longer.
 Q: Can I collect and item from you?
  A: Yes! I love meeting our customers! Just let me know what you are looking to buy and we can arrange a time and day for you to call
 Q: What are your opening hours?
  A: We are open from 9-4pm Monday through Friday.
 Q: When will me item arrive
  A: All items ordered and paid for by 1.30pm on Friday 21st December were sent by Friday 21st Dwecember at the latest. Orders received by 8am on Friday 28th December will be sent on Friday 28th December All other orders will be sent when we reopen on the 4th January Wishing you the best of the Christmas Season from all at MNG
 Q: Do you send recorded delivery?
  A: Only when requested and paid for by the customer. 85p per parcel (UK) £4.20 per parcel (outside UK)
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: I am more than happy to accept a return on items that are in new and unused condition within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we only bear the cost of postage and return postage on faulty items. If an item is not faulty we will only refund the cost of the item itself. You MUST include your ebay ID and item number so we can trace the item
 Q: When will you answer my email?
  A: I try to answer messages within 24 hours but don’t always manage this, especially when we are very busy. Please bear in mind that I do not work on Saturday and Sunday or overnight!!! If you have not received an answer within a couple of days then please do email me again as it may be that your message has not come through to me.
 Q: I'm buying lots, can I get a discount?
  A: We already sell at highly competitive prices but are always happy to discuss discounts for genuinely large orders, professionals and businesses
 Q: When will I receive my item?
  A: We post items out within 3 working days of receipt of cleared funds. Items posted within the UK normally arrive within 2 or 3 days of posting. For overseas parcels posting takes 5-10 days. Things do sometimes get delayed in the post but if you have received nothing after 14 days then please let me know as we can then chase it up for you
