Frequently Asked Questions
 Q: What days do you ship your products
  A: We ship products every second day or sooner if possible.
 Q: Text in listings
  A: The text in the listing can be out of date, this is due to changes in the business and eBay rules. Please refer to the Question area if you are unsure about anything
 Q: Do you drop ship or ship direct
  A: We stock almost all our parts in our own warehouse. As we have grown in volumes and product range we may in some cases ship direct from our suppliers.
 Q: What forms of payment do you take
  A: Due to recent communication problems with account numbers we now only take PayPal payments
 Q: Can I collect the item
  A: We are not able to provide a collection service for the products we have listed. All products must be posted.
 Q: Do you combine postage
  A: Yes we can combine postage on all our products. This can only be done before payment is made, to do it after payment is made is not always possible in the eBay system.
 Q: What makes up the postage costs
  A: Posting the product is often the lower cost part of the delivery process. The handling costs are also added to the figure which includes paying a person the pick, pack and post the product. Then you add packing material and the actual postage cost to it.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: Products can be returned between no later that 14 days depending on the product. Please chose carefully as returns may be subject to a restocking fee, this can be over 25% of the original costs. This covers the original shipping costs, handling fees and eBay fees that are not refunded. Refunds are at the discretion of Mr Appliance so please careful
 Q: Do you ship Internationally
  A: No we have stopped this as we were not able to find a freight company that could meet some buyers delivery expectations.
 Q: Do you have Express postage available
  A: We use a range of postage methods, these include eBay parcels, eparcels and standard postage envelopes. This means we do not use Express
 Q: When can I expect my item to arrive?
  A: The only thing we can control is the despatch time. Once it leaves us it is completely in the hands of freight company. We have absolutely no control over the process. In most cases you can track using the tracking number. If you require a part urgent I suggest using another vendor. Experience has shown deliveries can take up to 25 days.
 Q: How do I know if a vacuum tool will suit
  A: The vacuum tools will suit either a 32mm or 35mm wands. We suggest brands however to ensure the part will fit you need to measure your existing tools and wand to make sure it is one of the these two sizes. The measurement is taken on the inside of tool. We can not advise which one will suit a certain Brand or Model.
 Q: Do you give advice?
  A: We are not able to provide advice on the any installation of products or the possible reasons for the problems on your appliance. Due to the high volume of questions we will not be able to respond if asked.
 Q: Will this part suit my appliance?
  A: All the information available is as per the listings. We are not able to provide any additional information on a product suiting your appliance. A qualified person should be used to assist in these areas when it comes to electrical products.
 Q: Do you have more products that the ones listed on Ebay
  A: Yes we have some, although we try to list as many products as possible on our eBay store we also have other products listed on our mrappliance.com.au store.
 Q: How long will my part take to arrive
  A: If you require a part urgently or will hold us responsible for the freight companies delivery times please use another vendor. The only thing we can control is when we despatch the product, nothing else.
 Q: Can I Phone Your 1300 Number?
  A: Due to recent volumes we have stopped the phone option, you will find our 1300 number is no longer used. We prefer any communication after a sale to be done using the eBay email system.
 Q: Can I Fit The Part
  A: All electrical parts should be fitted by a qualified person. This is the law and failing to do so will result in voiding warranty
 Q: We are you not a Top Rated Seller
  A: We work to ensure we exceed buyers expectations, we have found some sellers give us a low DSR score on postage although we have no control on this process once it leaves our store. Also we respond to emails once a day not every hour so we are rated low in this area by some buyers
 Q: Do you provide Instructions with the products
  A: The parts are as listed, there are no instructions provided with the parts by the suppliers. We have some How To Video at the mrappliance.com.au web site
 Q: Are the Products New?
  A: All products listed are brand new and come with a full warranty unless stated otherwise.
