Multipoint Technologies Shipping Details

All shipping costs are specified in each item listing and on the checkout page, fees are calculated on size and destination of the order. We offer discounted shipping on multiple purchases which is combined automatically in checkout – if you require pricing on multiple purchases please contact us prior to purchase with the items you require so that we can calculate a postal charge.

Products we are unable to offer international shipping for include bulky items difficult to ship such as :

Bathroom scales, commercial scales, larger anatomical models and items restricted by manufacturer’s international trade restrictions.

If we cannot ship an item to you, you will be notified by email or phone.

Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

Most items are in stock and shipment is usually within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Dispatches are Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. Domestic delivery within Australia is via our carrier Australia Post eParcel service. Delivery times are within the Australia Post advertised timeframes for the service used. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery the courier driver will leave a card advising you to arrange collection from your local post shop. If your item is returned to sender we will have to charge a re-delivery fee if you wish the item to be delivered again. A tracking number can be provided on request for all dispatched items.

International Shipping (Outside Australia)

International shipments are sent via Australia Post International Airmail. Delivery time to each country may vary, but for a guide you can visit the Australia Post website here : Australia Post International postage guide.

Please Note: You are responsible for any duties or taxes deemed collectable by your country. Please check with the appropriate authority to see if any taxes or duties apply before placing your order.

Pickup Items

Pickups are allowed, please call us on (03) 9482 4733 and advise us that you would like to pick your items up. Our pick up location is Ground Floor, Comdain Building, 326 Darebin Road, Fairfield VIC 3078. Please check that your item is at this address prior to pickup. Our shop opening hours are Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm
