Musical Instruments:

 Our Instruments are shipped from one of our 4 locations. No pickup service is offered. Also since we ship our Instruments from 4 locations and because of box sizes we can not combine shipping. However most of our buy it now instrument listings include free shipping.We also do not combine shipping on multiple auction items.

We do combine Shipping on all parts and accessories, including pickups, straps, knobs, pickguards,bridges, electronics and any other Parts or accessories puchased within a 24 hour period using the buy it now format.
Payment methods   Money Order/Cashiers Check, Visa/MasterCard, Discover, American Express
We accept credit card payments by phone at 877-824-0403 or Paypal (Sorry No E Checks) under the account Sales@musiclandcentral.com
Store ship-to locations   the United States, Canada for Guitars. Worldwide for all parts and straps
Shipping & Handling   Buyer Pays Shipping.  International customers are resposible for all customs fess and taxes and must contact their local customs office for an estimate of rates. Sorry we do not ship Guitars international except for Canada. Also Dimarzio Pickups can only be shipped within the USA
Sales tax   6% if shipped to PA
Customer service & return policy   We offer a 7 day return policy Purchase price will be refunded less shipping. All Items need to be returned in original packaging and condition. All Pickguards must still have the protective coating on them. Please check your pickguard for fit before removing the coating. If an item is damaged we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Once we are notified we will handle all claim details and a refund will be issued for the purchase
Additional Store Information

Almost all the items in our store are Brand New in orginal packaging.

We do however from time to time offer what is called "B Stock" or Seconds. These items typicall have minor flaws that do not effect the functionality of the item. These items will be mark as such from the Manufactorer.

If an item does not state it is a B stock in the listing than it is Brand New with no issues we will always reference that it is a B Stock when selling one.

 

We also do use stock photos in our store pages since we complete close to 200,000 internet transactions a year between all our sites.
