| A:Yes, you can add a photo or your own image to the candle/s at no extra cost. email the photo you will like to use to sales@cardsfromtheheart.com.au |

Most of the time is only $3 extra per item.

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Usually 14 weekdays after receiving your approval email.
international buyers, please allow at least 21 working days delivery after approval email. |
| Q:I need the items sooner than 14 days. Can you accommodate me? |

| A:There is normally at least a 14 day waiting list. But If you need the items sooner, there’s a "priority fee” of $7 for rush orders. In order to meet your deadlines, this fee covers our time/expense needed to work overtime to jump the queue & create your order. EXPRESS POST MUST ALSO BE PAID. Priority orders with regular post will not be accepted |

| A:Express post or registration is recommended. In the hotter weather, it’s better for the candles to be delivered as soon as possible and not left outside exposed to the elements. |

| A:the photos you see are samples. we can create candles for boys or girls. all wording can be personalised to your needs |
| Q:how much for your photo invitations / announcements? |

| A:Each photo card is $1 if we pint them for you. Including postage.
If you want it on a CD that is mailed to you and you can print as many as you want, it is $17 including postage.
If you want it in digital format, (email) so you can print them yourself or email it to friends. it’s $10 (no postage charges apply) |
