RETURNS POLICY Returns All of our products are covered by a 30 day returns policy. A returned item must be undamaged and unused and in its original undamaged packaging. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded and buyer must return item at buyers expense. If you wish to return your items for an exchange or refund, please contact our customer service, and we respond to you within 24 hours. Damaged Merchandise *All shipping damages must be reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery* In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do everything we can to get a replacement sent out as soon as possible. *We cannot accept claims reported after a 24 hour period* Please understand, this is a rule set by our courier company. Our courier company will not accept any claim reported 24 hours after delivery, so we must pass this rule on to our customer. Unclaimed Items If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed from the Courier or Australia Post, all reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Domestic Shipping methods All parcels posted within Australian will be posted via Australia Post or a courier, depending on your area, with a tracking number or via the Express Post service, if requested. International Shipping Methods International parcels will be shipped via Air Mail, Receipted Air Mail, Pack & Track or Express Courier International, depending on the shipping method selected at the checkout. Air Mail parcels do not have a tracking number or insurance so they will be posted at the customers risk. Registered Air Mail parcels have a tracking number and can be traced if lost & a replacement item will be posted or you will be refunded if the item goes missing. Express Courier International has a tracking number and an online tracking service but shipping insurance is not available on this method of delivery. Delivery timeframe We post parcel daily from Monday to Friday and post parcels out on the same day as the payment is received, before 12pm. Parcels within Australia will then arrive 1 - 7 business days after we have shipped your parcel out with the average being around 3 business days for metropolitan addresses. If your parcel has not been delivered after 7 business days then please contact us and we will trace it for you through Australia Post (or courier). International parcels normally take 1 - 3 weeks to arrive (3 - 5 days for Express Courier International), the average being 7 - 10 days but if your parcel is caught up in Customs it may take up to 8 weeks to arrive, this is extremely rare but does occur to a small number of parcels. If your parcel has not been delivered by the 3 week mark, please check in at your Post Office as they may have just forgotten to leave a calling card. Payments Please make contact within 3 days of auction closing time. Payment to be made within 7 days of auction closing time unless prior arrangements have been made. If we have not received a payment after 7 days we will send out a non paying bidder reminder email. If this reminder is not responded to after a further 7 days a strike will be issued. This process is necessary for us to claim back the fees charged to us by ebay for the sale of the listed items. Insurance and tracking is optional for international destinations. It covers up to $100 for an insurance claim, additional insurance can be purchased for parcels valued over $100. We will not take responsibility for postal services, we will no longer replace items or refund for lost or damaged parcels that are not insured. We do not receive a tracking number for international parcels unless they are insured. Please make sure your shipping details are correct. We ship only to the address registered on the ebay checkout or PayPal payment. If your details are incorrect we will not take responsibility for lost parcels. Combined Shipping We will happily combine items for shipping, please contact us to arrange costs before bidding. If making multiple purchases please request a payment total from us at the checkout once you have finished shopping.
