WHAT WE SELL
We sell many different types of magickal and mystical products for those interested in magick, wicca and witchcraft, and we also sell a wide range of products from well known Australian and international fantasy artists.
Items are shipped anywhere in Australia and worldwide.
Items are mailed within 2 working days after payment has been received and payment has been cleared.
Payment to be made within 3 days of purchase.
Australian buyers - we accept payment by bank deposit (internet banking or in person at a CUA branch) and Paypal.
International buyers - the only payment method accepted is Paypal.
If an item is faulty it will be exchanged for another of the exact same item. If the item is no longer available a refund will be given for the purchase price only. Refunds are given as exchange unless the item is no longer available, then the refund will be given as money back for the purchase price only. The seller must be advised of any request for a return of an item within 7 days of the item being posted by the seller (that is, the date you were sent a notification that the item was posted). Please note that for international buyers, we allow 14 days to contact us for items sent by international air mail and 3 months for international sea mail. The buyer must contact the seller before returning an item so the seller is aware of the fault and provides a Return Reference Number to the buyer. This number must accompany the item being returned. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Reference Number. The seller will provide the reference number to the buyer with instructions on how to return the item. The buyer is responsible for returning the faulty item to the seller and any costs associated with this (eg postage) will not be refunded by the seller. This Return Policy does not apply to items lost or damaged in the mail.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your item, we would appreciate it if you would contact us either by email or ebay message prior to leaving any feedback. Most issues can be rectified quickly and easily ensuring a pleasant transaction for all concerned.
POSTAGE AND HANDLING
Buyer to pay postage and handling charge as described in item listings.
All items show postage and handling fees. This charge covers postage, registered post fee where applicable, cost of envelopes, boxes, packets, satchels etc, packing materials (eg bubblewrap) and a small handling fee.
Postage discounts will be given for multiple purchases. The postage discount will be calculated automatically when you go through Checkout. You will be charged the highest postage fee of your purchased items and all other items purchased will incur no additional postage charge (that is, pay one postage fee which is the highest postage charge out of all your items purchased and the others will be sent with that item for free.) Multiple purchases must be paid for within 3 days of the first item purchased otherwise you will have to pay for each item seperately and no postage discount will be given.
All products are sent to Australian buyers through Australia Post. Postage options include regular mail, registered mail and express post. No local picks up allowed. On occasion, we will have some products that will only be sent by registered mail due to the value of the product or fragileness of the product. International buyers will have their item posted by regular air mail unless they have requested another service.
Please ensure your address details are correct. Should your item be returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or it is returned as an unclaimed item, we will contact you through ebay and you will be required to provide the correct address and pay another postage fee before the item can be repacked and reposted to you.
Please choose your mailing option carefully - for Australian buyers, regular mail has no tracking available and no insurance; registered mail has a tracking number and requires a signature for delivery and has insurance up to the value of $100; express post has a tracking number and fast delivery to most areas but no insurance. We do not offer insurance in our listings, so if you require insurance, please contact us prior to purchasing your item so we can advise you the cost. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items by Australia Post and highly recommend you choose the registered mail option to ensure a safe and timely delivery.
For international buyers, all items are sent by regular air mail which does not have any tracking capability. We are happy to send items with insurance or by registered mail, but we do not offer these in our listings, so please contact us prior to your purchase so we can advise the cost as registered mail can be very expensive for overseas parcels. International buyers should also be aware of the timeframe for delivery and that on occasion there could be a delay due to customs.
