|A:In general, we accept software returns within 7x days of date of delivery.

|A:Please contact us for Return Authority within 7x days. All returned items must attach with the original receipt and return postage. All returned non-faulty item (identified by RMA department), the buyer might has to pay for handling fee as well.|

|A:We prepare our orders and always ship out within 1 business day unless specify as low stock level item or special order item. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.|
