 Q: What's your store return policy ?
  A: In general, we accept software returns within 7x days of date of delivery. We only exchange unopened, unused items. In the unlikely event of a defective item, contact us immediately so that we can arrange the replacement. Call us on 0298947158 or email: accounts@networkexpress.com.au
 Q: How about the item we receieved is faulty (Dead on Arrival) ?
  A: Please contact us for Return Authority within 7x days. All returned items must attach with the original receipt and return postage. All returned non-faulty item (identified by RMA department), the buyer might has to pay for handling fee as well.
 Q: How soon do you ship?
  A: We prepare our orders and always ship out within 1 business day unless specify as low stock level item or special order item. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
 Q: Are you a Registered Australian Business?
  A: YES, we sure are, a receipt with our ABN number will be issued with all product purchases. Please bid with absolute confidence!
 Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes ?
  A: Yes we do. We use AustPost e-parcel or Express Post to deliver to P O Box address.
 Q: Where can we find your postage details ?
  A: Postage section is located at the bottom of the listing unless flat rate postage has been specified.
 Q: What kind of Payment method you accept ?
  A: We accept: Bank Deposit, Netbanking, Paypal payment, Money Order and Personal/Bank Cheque. Or simply call us on (02)98947158 to arrange cc payment (VISA/MASTER), surchage may apply.
 Q: What's your payment terms ?
  A: Total payment is required within 7 days before despatch of goods. Details of the payment process will be provided via eBay checkout email to the high bidder upon end of auction. Allow an additional 3 business days for cheques to clear (Not recommended if item is urgent).
 Q: Do you allow pickcup ? and What's the best time ?
  A: CASH on pickup is available for most of the items unelss specified in the listing. Tue-Fri 9:00AM-15:30PM 41/7 Hoyle ave, Castle Hill. Appointment prior to drop in always welcome !
 Q: Which carrier you use for delivery ?
  A: We use both courier (metro area) and AustPost e-parcels (regional area, oversize packing box and PO Box address etc) for nation wide delivery.
