Cancellation & Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must return to us any goods that have already been supplied to you in its original packaging and unopened. If you believe the goods to be faulty, incorrect or damaged upon delivery, we will cover the cost of return (provided that the means of return is agreed by us) and we will replace or exchange any such goods or we will refund you what you have been paid, including carriage costs. Please keep a "proof of postage" when returning goods. Our policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please allow 3 working weeks for your request to be fulfilled.. For the replacement NeonMegastore will charge the standard postage and packing fee. Please accompany any returns with a brief covering letter and a copy of the invoice/packing list if possible.
Refunds will be made by re-crediting the payment card account or paypal account from which the money was originally debited, or if you paid by cheque, by crediting the local branch of your Bank with the equivalent amount. All refunds will be made within 28 days of the cancellation of your order, for whatever reason (subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions relating to the return of goods).
