| A:Items can be returned and merchandise credit is given, refund at my discretion. |

| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes - but take into account that the postage rate can increase due to weight and size of items. The combined rate is not automatically the cost of one item. |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:My items are posted every day Monday - Friday. Normal Australia Post delivery times apply.
Overseas items : 10 business days to USA/Canada.
Europe: 7 business days. All overseas items shipped by international airmail - no tracking. |

| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |
|
| A:This charge is kept very low and covers the cost of the envelope,box, packaging materials. |

| Q:What if I am not happy with the items? |

| A:Please email me and discuss your problems. Please dont vent your frustations through the feedback system. Am happy to work things out with you and come to some solution which makes both of us happy. |

| Q:What if item doesn't arrive? |
|
| A:Email me - perhaps payment did not go through,etc. Please keep your address on Ebay up to date, and Australia post recommends you have a post office box, as they claim most items go missing in the mail, after delivery, due to theft from letter boxes. |

| Q:When do I have to pay for items? |
|
| A:Immediately, please do not purchase items if you do not have the cash to pay for them.
Payment methods are now only bank deposit and paypal. |

| Q:What if I cant pay? |
|
| A:After 3 days, a payment reminder is sent - then the non-paying bidder mechanism is activated. |

| Q:Do you offer lay-by? |
|
| A:This is at my discretion - email me and discuss. Usually orders over $100 will only be considered. |
