WorldWide - US customers - it takes up to 10 working days for items to be received in the States. 7 days to UK - Europe. No Express Post to international destinations. International mail is by Airmail and no tracking is available.
Postage & Handling
Buyer Pays Shipping. Sales over $100 are sent by registered mail. Combined postage is always available. Express Post is also always available. Email me if these options are not included in the listing.
Australia Post rates apply with a very low handling fee included.
Insurance for international sales is AUD$8.00 extra to listed postage cost.
Registered mail within Australia is $3 extra to listed postage costs.
Payment is due 3 working days after sale. If you cannot meet this deadline, please contact me. If no contact, the Ebay non-paying bidder option is activated after one payment reminder.
Customer service & return policy
Email me if you are unhappy with the goods and we can negotiate a solution. Please communicate with me in the first instance, when unhappy, rather than using the feedback system to vent any anger or disappointment.
I offer refund when goods are damaged in transit, and/or credit towards other goods. Refund or credit is at my discretion.
All items sent are recorded in my system, and you recieve an automated email when sent. Email me if items do not arrive in the post and we shall negotiate a solution.
Australia Post advises that non-receipt of mail is due to items being stolen from letter boxes. If not at home to receive mail - send to a Post Office box to ensure that you receive all your ebay items or select to send by registered mail which I offer on all items.
