For Dead on Arrival (DOA) items, we will arrange to replace them. Customer will need to contact us and return the package for warranty purposes. Upon receiving the return unit, we will arrange replacement within 2-3 business days. If items returned are tested and in good condition, we will inform customers regarding the condition of the item and resend them back. Customer will be responsible for all delivery charges. If you are unsure whether the product is faulty or not, you can always drop us an email and our customer service team will be there to assist. DOA or faulty items must be reported within 5 days from the date of receiving the item.
Incorrectly shipped items will be replaced on our end. In situation where we accidentally ship the wrong item, customer is advised to drop us an email regarding the issue, and our customer service team will be there to assist the following steps to have the package returned to us. Please check carefully item received and item purchased and make sure they are 100% exact before opening up the package.
Damaged in transit items will be replaced on our end. Please provide proof of damage (an image taken) and have it attached on eBay. Our customer service team will be there to assist with damaged in transit items. And we will have the item replaced. All events such as physical damage, misuse of item, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return / refund.
