When an item arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA), we will arrange to replace the item at our cost. Customer will need to return the package to us for warranty. Upon receiving the return unit, we will arrange replacement within 2-3 business days. Please contact us prior to shipping the faulty unit back, as we will need to make sure it is faulty. If items returned are tested and in good condition, we will inform customers regarding the condition of the item and resend the item back. Customer will be responsible for all delivery charges. If you are unsure whether the product is faulty or not, you can always drop us an email and our customer service team will be there to assist. DOA or faulty items must be reported within 5 days from the date of receiving the item.
Incorrectly shipped items will be replaced on our end. Customer will need to mark on the package to have the unit return to sender with the package unopened. In situation where we accidentally ship the wrong item, customer is advised to drop us an email regarding the issue, and our customer service team will be there to assist the following steps to have the package returned to us. Please check carefully item received and item purchased and make sure they are 100% exact before opening up the package. All events such as physical damage, misuse of item, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return / refund.
Damaged in transit items will be replaced on our end. Please provide proof of damage (an image taken) and have it attached on eBay. Our customer service team will be there to assist with damaged in transit items. And we will have the item replaced. Please note damage in transit cases will need to be reported within 5 days from the date of receiving the item or we will no longer provide a replacement.
Every effort has been made to ensure the description and specification of the item is accurate. Change-of-Mind on purchase before the dispatching of your order will require 25% or minimum of A$10.00 restocking fee whichever is higher. Customers are required to read the descriptions and specifications carefully before you make your purchase. If you do have any difficulties in placing orders, please feel free to email us and our customer service team will always be ready to help. Customers who wish to return their item or realize they purchase the wrong item after receiving it within Australian fair trading legal period, customer will required to drop us an email and make sure the packaging is unopened to return back. All postage from us, your postage on return and (25% or minimum of A$10.00 whichever is higher) restocking fee which is liable by customer will be calculated for customer prior to the return of item, once we receive the return item after verification of new and unopened, we will refund the balance.
