Returns Policy

The rights given to you under this Returns Policy do not exclude, restrict or modify rights and remedies that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Other than in the case of damaged or defective items (see Faulty Products below), if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we'll gladly accept your return within 30 days from receipt of the items. Some restrictions apply.

  • Motorcycle helmets are not eligible for return.
  • All returned items must be in the original packaging and original condition. This includes all product tags, instructions, hardware and accessories.
  • All returned items must not be scratched, soiled or damaged due to wear or installation.
  • A leather jacket must be returned in its own individual box and packaged to prevent it from getting damaged during transit.
  • If you’d like to return items from different orders by mail, you will need to submit separate requests and use a different box for each order.

You will be responsible for any and all costs associated with returning items for a refund.

No exchanges of products are available on the Harley-Davidson eBay store.

Any refunds will be provided using your original payment method.

Acceptable Return Reasons:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Item not as pictured
  • Prefer a different size instead
  • Prefer a different colour instead
  • Prefer a different size and colour
  • Did not like item

Return/ Refunds Process

  1. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed as outlined in the aforesaid Return Policy.
  2. Ship back the package to the following address:

  3. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured registered post as Harley-Davidson is not liable for lost return parcels.
  4. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the products within 72 hours. You will then receive an email to notify that your return has been processed.

If you are wanting to return boxed or packaged goods, they must be returned in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.

Faulty Products

In the case of faulty or damaged product, you may have:

  • rights under the Harley-Davidson Warranty; and/ or
  • rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer service team via My eBay Messages before sending the item back. Please attach pictures of the fault or damage so the item can be assessed before a return is approved.

If we approve return of a faulty or damaged item, return the affected item(s) with proof of purchase, at your expense, to:

Faulty or damaged products should be notified to us as soon as possible after you become aware of the fault or damage. If items are returned to us, we will keep you informed on a regular basis via email updates of the assessment of your return. This process usually takes around 2 weeks and once completed and approved you should receive your refund or replacement within 1-3 business days.
