 | Q: Do you combine and reduce shipping charges? |

 | A: Yes. We try and make it fair for both the buyer and the seller. Sometimes the shipping charges placed on an individual item are higher than actual postage costs because of extra handling and packaging required, or other delivery cost. We combine orders daily but please request a new invoice BEFORE paying. |

 | Q: What are the acceptable forms of payment? |

 | A: We prefer PayPal because in most cases it allows us to start processing your order immediately. PayPal also provides the best protection for the buyer and the seller and gives traceability to the transaction. We do accept cashier’s checks, money orders, or bank checks - eBay is doing away with these soon! Email if you have questions about this! |

 | Q: Do you accept personal checks? |

 | A: Sorry, NO. They're too much trouble for both of us. When I receive your check, I have to wait 10-14 days until it clears before shipping your item. Using PayPal is a more convenient process for both of us and provides protection for both the buyer and the seller. |

 | Q: Do you accept cash? |

 | A: We can not list cash as an acceptable form of payment due to eBay regulations. If you decide to make payment by cash - for whatever reason – please make sure it is concealed in a padded envelope. We promise to treat this payment as carefully as any other method, but please realize that you are fully responsible if it is lost or stolen in the mail |

 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: Yes. We enjoy our international customers and expect extra patience from them because of the longer shipping and customs that their orders must go through. Thousands of packages ship internationally a month with great results! |

 | Q: How long does it take to ship my item? |

 | A: We process several hundred orders each day, typically 6 days a week. We are currently managing this process with our in-house partner, SPS Order fulfillment to try and keep our costs lower and pass the savings on to you. We try very hard to process and ship your order within 4 business days. This allows us time to properly package your order. |

 | Q: Is my item in stock and ready to ship? |

 | A: e stock the items we list on eBay and have them ready for shipment – unless otherwise noted in the auction listing. Some are listed based on orders confirmed with Provo Craft and other suppliers. Sometimes these orders arrive only to find that an item is missing or on back order. When this happens we will keep you up to date! |

 | Q: How will you ship my package? |

 | A: We typically ship most items by USPS Mail because of the good rates especially with flat rate envelopes and boxes. On larger items within the US we also use UPS ground. The goal is to provide you the best shipping at a reasonable cost with tracking when possible. If you would like a different method of shipping, please email for a quote! |
