One Source Jewelry Supply eBay Standard Shipping Policy

(RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY READ CAREFULLY)

 

Under normal circumstances, we do our best to ship most verified orders within 24 hours (except orders placed on weekends) after receiving your payment.  For orders weighing over 3 lbs. we usually will ship that package UPS Ground, shipments will usually arrive within 6 business days; however, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery especially during peak seasons and severe weather conditions. For orders less than 3 lbs. in most cases we will ship your package via United States Postal Service (USPS).  Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.  We ship worldwide to international destinations except for certain oversized items (i.e. desk sets).  International orders are shipped exclusively by USPS.

  

We cannot ship orders on weekends. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays will be shipped on the next business day.  Most PayPal instant payment orders, credit/debit card orders are shipped within 24 hours.  PayPal eCheck payment orders may take up to 5 business days to clear and the money to appear in our PayPal account.

 

On rare occasions we may face unforeseen delays shipping your order (i.e. large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control).  We will notify you by phone or email if we determine your order will not ship by the time frame as stated.

*APO/FPO shipments can only be shipped via USPS (7-15 business days)

*Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Island) can only be shipped via air services which require additional shipping charges. Expedited Shipping

We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping for most items.  Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.  Expedited shipping rates are determined by weight and/or zone.  To get an estimate or to upgrade your order to expedited shipping, please contact us at 1-636-326-2234 x104

 

PO Box Shipping

We can only ship to PO Box destinations via USPS.  Please provide a physical address for delivery. 

 

APO/FPO Shipping

We can ship most items to APO/FPO destinations except heavyweight or oversized items, such as desk sets and other oversized items.  APO/FPO destinations can only be shipped via USPS. 

 

International Shipping

One Source Jewelry Supply gladly accepts international orders; however, shipping rates and fees will vary.  International shipping locations are broke down into two primary shipping location; Canada and All Others (all countries except Canada).  We are happy to offer combined shipping rates on multiple item purchases.  We calculate multiple item purchase shipping rates by using a simple formula.  In each of our listing we list two separate International shipping charges, shipping charges if you purchase one item and shipping charges if you are purchasing additional items.  If purchasing multiple items you will receive an invoice that includes combined shipping rate discounts.  Combined shipping rates are determined by using the highest shipping charge of your multiple purchase order and then use the additional item shipping cost for all remaining items, which provides us with the total shipping charges for your order.  We ship worldwide to international destinations except for certain oversized items (i.e. jewelers work benches).  International orders are shipped primarily by USPS.

Processing time for international shipments is usually within one business of receiving payment.  You will receive an email notification of shipment with a customs tracking number.  We use two different classes of mail for international shipments.  USPS Priority Mail is used for packages that the shipping weigh is over 4 lbs.  USPS First Class Mail is used for packages that the shipping weight is under 4 lbs.

Delivery times vary, Priority Mail shipments will usually arrive within 4-10 business days.  First Class Mail shipments will usually arrive within 7-14 business days.  It has been our experience that most shipments arrive at the shipping destination within the USPS guidelines.  It is possible that some packages can take 3-5 weeks for delivery due to receiving country customs procedures and the international climate.

 

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”).  The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.  When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 

 

Shipping Delays

If we encounter a shipping delay for any reason we will notify you via phone or email of any delays in shipping your order by the last promised shipping date if your order has been delayed. We will advise you the new estimated shipping day or you may contact us to cancel the unshipped portion of your order. 

 

Verified Shipping Address

During checkout, you will be asked to verify your shipping address.  All orders will be shipped to your shipping address provide to us by Paypal.  If you wish to have your package shipped to a different address other than your Paypal address please contact us prior to making your purchase so we can make a shipping address change.   

Tracking Your Package(s)

For domestic shipments you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with your shipment tracking number.  For international shipments less than 4 lbs. being shipped First Class Mail you will receive a customs tracking number.  For international shipments over 4 lbs. you will receive a standard tracking number.  It has been our experience that most shipments can be tracked by using the tracking number you received but on some instances the tracking number will show no record.  This happens when the shipping company misses a scan or fails to scan the shipping label on the shipment.  We will do everything possible to provide you with a tracking number that can track your package, but in certain situation the tracking number won’t track.  If this does happen please understand that it does not mean your package has not been shipped, just that the tracking number is not tracking.  You should still receive your shipment in the defined time frame.  The tracking number you received can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers’ online stores:

Canceling an Order

We are committed to process your order quickly; therefore there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order.  You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our warehouse by contacting us at (636-236-2234 x104).  Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.  Please refer to our Return Policy for return instructions.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse a delivery, miss your delivery appointment(s), provided inaccurate/non-deliverable address it is considered Refusal of Delivery. If an item is refused upon delivery for any reason other than showing obvious signs of damage, you are responsible for both original and return shipping cost and any other costs involved in the delivery and return process.  Since all domestic purchases include free shipping, the original shipping costs will be 10% of the purchase price of your order.
