One Stop Bar Shop may in its discretion accept a return of goods from a Customer and issue a credit note for them but only under the terms:
(a) Products are faulty, wrongly described, do not perform as described
(b) No returns will be accepted for change of mind or wrong decision
(c) No return of goods will be accepted without One Stop Bar Shop's prior consent
(d) Any credit note issued will be subject to and after deduction of an industry standard 20% re-stocking fee (applied at our discretion) and after deduction of the original delivery and any return delivery charge (if applicable).
(e) The Customer is not entitled to cash refund for the goods.
For items purchased on Auction, as listed in The Trade Practices Act by the ACCC, the goods are NOT covered by statutory rights.
That said, One Stop Bar Shop is a family business that has a very strong good will which we have spent alot of effort to build in the community, and we have a very hands on approach to customer service, we always strives for 100% customer satisfaction, we go to extra efforts to describe items listed and to make your comfortable with your purchase. We only enforce the policy in extreme situations, therefore please contact us directly and we will endeavour to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.
