 Q: How is my item shipping & when can I expect my item to arrive?
  A: We select the carrier that best suits your location and selected shipping service. Most items shipped from Brisbane and most Australian deliveries will take up to 5 days on the East coast and 7-10 days in other areas depending on location. International deliveries take between 5-21 days.
 Q: Can I Pickup & Pay for my Item and where is your Warehouse?
  A: Yes. Pickup is free from our warehouse in Virginia on Brisbane's Northside about 10 mins north of the airport. We prefer the item is prepaid so we can have the item secured, picked and ready for collection. We will notify once the order is ready for collection.
 Q: What is your office/warehouse phone number and opening hours?
  A: Ph 07 32656228 or +61732656228 Monday-Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (Brisbane) We currently do not open on Saturdays or Sundays. We are located in Virginia on northside of Brisbane QLD Australia.
 Q: Is this item New?
  A: All our items are NEW unless otherwise stated. You will find we very rarely will have items that are not brand new listed.
 Q: Do I get a Tax Invoice and does it include GST?
  A: Yes, all of our Australian prices include GST. We are a registered Australian company and we will email you a GST tax invoice with each order we ship. If you would like a paper invoice please leave a request during checkout. Please contact us if one is not supplied with your order.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Yes we ship internationally via Registered Air Mail 7-21 days (no online tracking information available) + Express Air Courier Post 5-10 days online Tracking information available in selected countries. Heavier items are very expensive to freight internationally. Your item is usually delivered in your country via your Countries Postal Service.
 Q: Tracking shows item location Viginia BC? Why is this?
  A: Virginia BC is the closest Aust Post Business Centre to us in Brisbane QLD. Parcels are collected from our warehouse several times each day and processed at this location. Please do not be mistaken for thinking your parcel is coming from another country.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes we combine items when possible to save you big on shipping costs. We encourage this and you will find great savings on shipping by purchasing multiple items. Freight is calculated during checkout. Please note not all items can be combined as they do not pack well together.
 Q: What is the Warranty?
  A: Most of our products carry a minimum of 12 month warranty with some up to 3 years. If you have any warranty or incorrect supply issues please contact us and we will attend to this right away.
 Q: Can I install this myself?
  A: Most accessories are quite simple and straight forward to install but please be aware that mechanical parts do not usually come with instructions and you will need some mechanical knowledge, technical manual or get a qualified professional technician to install.
 Q: I missed an item can you relist it?
  A: Most items will automatically relist within 24hrs of selling or ending.
 Q: Where is my item shipped from?
  A: Most of the time your item is shipped from our Virginia Office/Warehouse in Brisbane QLD. We use Aust Post, Fastway Couriers, DHL & Aust Air Express. If sent via Aust Post it will show via online tracking as coming from Virginia BC. Please note this is the Aust Post Business Centre closest to us and not in another country.
 Q: Can you supply other Autoparts
  A: Yes. Please send us details of your vehicle and what you require and we will try to quote you. We have access to a wide range of parts and accessories to suit many vehicles. We are experts at mail order supply and can ship items almost anywhere.
