Important things to know.

1) All deliveries are by courier to protect us from unclaimed orders going missing. If you are not home, a card will be left for you to contact the courier company direct to make other arrangements.

2) Couriers only deliver to physical addresses (no PO Boxes).

3) No refunds except for faulty products. All faulty products are returned to the manufacturer for inspection before a refund is issued.

4) Invoices are only issued upon request.

5) Not all our toners are listed. Contact us for a price if you cant find your toner. We also stock ink cartridges.

6) All our listings are for genuine toners. However we do have compatibles available on request. Contact us for a price.

7) Postage is per delivery not per item so the more you order the better the value.

8) We dropship all orders direct from the closest warehouse to your address in all states so orders are usually delivered next business day by registered courier.

9) Finally we are a genuine company owned and operated by our family for over 6 years backed by an Australian Company thats been in business since 1986 so you can rely on us with your order.
