    the item is as described and was packed well and arrived in good condition. the seller answered all of my questions. Postage took longer than I expected but I have had delay issues with Sendle and Aramex couriers in the past but, my frustration passed when my package arrived in good condition

    Arrived as described a day earlier than minimum anticipated delivery (very happy). Only fault is the package came in a padded bag with the oem box was partially squashed. Fortunately item itself looks ok and tested as good. Would buy off this seller again, feedback was more about packaging to survive post :)

    This element fitted perfectly and worked as it should. It arrived very quickly and this seller offered the most competitive price, including free postage. On the down side, the element was advertised and photographed as a genuine Dometic part but what I received looked to be non genuine (not branded Dometic). However, it appeared to be of good quality and as stated, works as it should.

    The parcel (4.4cm thick) arrived with just 2× $1.50 stamps, leaving the postage underpaid by $7.95. Luckily there was a return address, so Australia Post was able to bill the sender and I wasn't required to pay the outstanding charges upon collection. On this occasion, the sellers blatant attempt to rip off Australia Post was unsuccessful... but be aware that sometimes underpaid postage is collected from the receiver, meaning the advertised "free postage" may not actually be free.
