1.0        FREIGHT

 

1.1          Do you allow Pick-Up?

 

Sorry, pick-up or inspection is not available because:

1.     For track-and-trace purposes, we are required, for “Buyer and Seller protection” reasons, to have a courier tracking number from an authorised courier provider.  We are not able to provide proof of customer receipt if a customer picks up their orders.

2.     Our stock is stored in a warehouse that is only manned a few hours per week to coincide with courier pick-up and delivery times.  These times are usually given at a moment’s notice, therefore pick-up arrangements are difficult to arrange.

3.     Due to security and public liability reasons, we are not able to permit public access.

1.2          Do you combine postage?

 

Yes, we combine postage if:

If the entire order is sent together to the same address in a single parcel or box within Australia  via Australia Post and within Australia Posts dimensions and weight.  Upon request, prior to payment, we charge the highest postage for the first parcel and discount each additional items delivery fee by 50%. If your order fits within these guidelines, please feel free to order, then we will adjust your order accordingly after you check-out.  Please send an eBay message to remind our staff of this discount after you check-out. 

 

 

1.3          Can you give a postage discount?

 

We have an Australia Wide postage rate which is a price negotiated within our contract with our shipping agent.  Our flat rate is based on the average price that it would cost sending this item nationally.  Not only does it cover postage, but it also includes packaging and handling.  We charge a handling fee which covers our eBay and PayPal fees as well as paying our Packer his casual wage.  If we can assist with anything else, please contact us

 

1.4        Will you post this product overseas?

1.5        When will item be despatched?

 

We usually despatch within 48 business hours of payment verification.

 

 

1.6        When will we receive our order?

 

We despatch within 48 business hours of payment verification, usually sooner.

Estimated delivery timeframes, after payment verification, are listed below for your convenience.

- Qld & NSW Metro: within 3 business day

- Qld & NSW Reg, Vic Metro, Vic Reg, SA Metro:  within 4-5 business days

- WA Metro/Reg, SA Reg:  Up to 7 business days

- All other areas, national wide, including Qld (Far North), Outback NT & WA, Tas: up to 10 business days.

http://auspost.com.au/ and note that the despatch postcode is usually 4000.  NB:  occasionally we ship from Melbourne or Sydney when we are out of stock occasionally.

 

1.7        Where are you located?

1.8        My order was ‘Damaged In Transit’.  How will you rectify this?

 

For insurance purposes, please send digital photo(s) to outlet247@bigpond.com of the damage, including photos of the:

-          Damaged item

-          Damaged packaging

-          Parcel wrapping (eg: Aust Post Tough Bag, etc)

Damage in transit is required to be reported within 24 hours of receiving item, as per insurance brokers policies and procedures.

Once we receive photos, we will rectify this issue as quickly as possible.

We apologise on behalf of the freight company for this dilemma.

 

1.9        I received the wrong item?

 

We sincerely apologise for this dilemma.  Please return to sender at our cost and provide your User Id and Item Number and we will send the correct item as soon as we have confirmation from the shipping company by way of an online scan that your item is on its way back to us.  We promise to rectify this issue as quickly as possible.  Again, we apologise for this dilemma.

 

 

 

2.0        PAYMENT

 

 

2.1        How long  does my payment take to clear?

 

If you are with the CBA and are able to do an internet transfer, I will receive immediate payment.

If you pay via paypal and either have enough money in you papal account or you manually select for paypal to withdraw from your credit card, I will also receive immediate payment.

If you pay at a CBA bank, payment will be received overnight.

If you pay any other way, eg: through internet transfer and you are with a different bank than the CBA, payment may talk 2-3 days to come through.

 

 

2.2        If I buy this item now, can I pay later, within two weeks?

 

Depending upon availability, we are happy to accept late payment.  Please send us an eBay message to check first.  If we are able to allow late payment, please make a note under buyer notes when you check-out to remind our staff and IGNORE the automated ‘payment reminder notice’ that you will receive in a few days.  If you miss the opportunity to write a 'buyer note about late payment during check-out', please send another eBay message after check-out to remind our staff of late payment just in case a different staff member handles the transaction, so that they know to put a note on your transaction.  Look forward to dealing with you shortly.

 

 

2.3        Which Bank do you bank with?

 

We bank with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA).  To pay via Direct Deposit over the Counter, you can pay at any CBA branch. 

 

2.4        Could we have your bank account details?

 

With regards to our bank account details, this information is provided on an automatically generated invoice and message sent to your eBay Message Inbox and email address shortly after check-out is completed.

 

2.5        Do you accept Credit Card payments?

 

If you create a PayPal account by logging onto www.paypal.com.au, you will be able to pay via Credit Card via PayPal.  We do not have the facilities to accept Credit Card directly due to Seller Protection reasons.

 

 

2.6        What payment methods do you accept?

 

Direct Deposit at a CBA Bank; Direct Deposit via Internet, Australia Post Money Order and PayPal.

 

 

2.7        Do you have a lay-by system?

 

No sorry, unfortunately we do not have a lay-by system in place at the moment.  However, depending upon stock availability, we may be able to accept late payment of up to two weeks.  Please email us at: outlet247@bigpond to check with us to see if this is possible.

 

 

4.0        PRODUCT RELATED

 

4.1        Will you negotiate a price discount on this product??? including/excluding postage?

 

Our products are already heavily discounted, therefore unfortunately we are unable to offer further discounts unless it is a bulk order of 5x units or more.  If the order is for 5x units or more, please email us at outlet247@bigpond.com. 

 

4.2        Is this tv Wall Mountable?

All of our LCDs offer the convenient options of standing alone on a desk-top stand (stands are removable) or wall mounting, with a design that complies with the Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) requirements.  The desk-top stand is included, however the Wall Mount kit is required to be purchased separately as an optional extra, if required.  Currently, we sell Wall Mounts for the following size tvs on eBay:  19”, 22” 24” and 32” lcd tvs, but you can purchase wall mounts for all other size tvs from retail stores or on eBay, as most wall mounts are adjustable to suite various sized tvs and models.

Will this universal remote control work on my ........?

 

Although most of our customers are extremely satisfied with this product, like all universal remote controls, it is impossible to guarantee that they will work on every single devise, as it is impossible for us to test this unit on every single device.  We are sorry that we can not give you a more detailed answer.

Is the DVD Player Multi-Region? And/or; Will the DVD player play .... Region?

 

Yes, the DVD Play DVDs from all regions, all over the world from Regions 1 to 6.  You do NOT need to recode the machine to play DVDs from other regions.

 

4.6        Product related questions – DVD Player - All Conia tvs inbuilt DVD Player and all Highlander dvd players

 

4.7        Will the DVD Player play DIVX?

Yes, this DVD Player will play most forms of DIVX files.

 

4.8        Will the DVD Player play AVI Files?

Yes, the DVD player will play most forms of AVI Files.

5.0        WARRANTY RELATED

 

 

5.1        Does this item have a warranty?

 

All Brand New Electrical Items have a 12 month manufacturer warranty included, plus an optional Extended Warranty of up to 5 years warranty in total.

 

5.2        I just received my “brand new, electrical item” and it is faulty, how do I claim warranty?  (response is for items that have been received faulty within 21 days from date of invoice).

5.3        My item is faulty, how do I claim warranty?  (after the first 21 days from date of purchase for the remaining 12 months of warranty)

 

Can we kindly request that you contact our vendor, to troubleshoot this issue? We find that many issues can be resolved over the phone, which saves you from having to return the product.
You can contact our vendor during business hours by calling the Service Department, as per contact information contained on your warranty card.

You may be required to provide the following information:

-          Shop of Purchase: Outlet24seven

-          Date of purchase: As per your transaction record

Invoice number: (which is the item number plus the first three charactor’s of your user id)
If they report the item as faulty, they will give appropriate instructions, as per their warranty conditions to rectify this issue.
