- 5. Why can't I check out multiple items?
1. Items using different postal methods cannot be combined together.
2. Items that are too large cannot be combined together.

OzPlaza offers a 20% discount* on postage and handling fee for the 2nd onwards items.
*The item with highest P&H fee is considered to be the 1st item.**Note:
a) The discount only applies in one transaction. b) The discount only applies to limited product range.

- 3. Can I pickup my item?
Our warehouse is located at Melbourne City Fringe Area. However, only limited items are available for pick up. Please refer to the listing of the particular product or contact our customer service at ozplaza@gmail.com.
- 4. How is my item(s) to be delivered?
Your item(s) will be delivered via Australian Post eParcel service in most cases. For large and heavy item, TNT courier service will be used. OzPlaza automatic system will send you a delivery note via email with the tracking number once your item(s) has been sent out.
- 5. Can I change my delivery address after payment?
No. You should provide correct information at your “check out” phase. Your item(s) will be automatically sent out by our system after your payment is cleared, so we are unable to change the delivery address after your payment.
Please make sure that you use our “check out” function each time of your shopping and fill in the correct delivery information.
- 6. Can my item(s) be delivered to a P.O. Box address?
Item(s) using eParcel service is able to be delivered to a P.O. Box address. However, item(s) using TNT courier service is NOT able to do so. Our customer service will contact you for your postal address in this case.
- 7. When can I receive my item(s)?
We will send out your item(s) within 24 working hours after your payment is cleared and identified. The estimated delivery time would be different to different state:
• VIC – 3 to 5 working days; • NSW, ACT, SA, WA – 5 to 7 working days; • QLD and WA – 10 or above working days; Delivery time may be longer during Christmas and New Year period.
- 8. Are my parcels covered by transit insurance?
You have an option on whether to purchase insurance. The insurance amount depends on the price of the product. You are able to know the exact insurance amount for your item(s) on the “Check Out” stage.
