3. No COD will be accepted on all returned item(s).

5. We will only be responsible for the returned postage if the item is proven by the seller as "Damage on Arrival" and on the presence of the returned postage receipt.

8. Charges may apply if the product is functioning properly or it is confirmed that the product is physically damaged by end user when we receive it. There will NOT be any refund if such cases do occur.
9. All item comes with a 90-day warranty. If problem is not reported within 7 days of receiving, buyer is responsible in all postage costs.

5. All shipping fees quoted in corresponding listings include postage, tracking, and handling fees.
6. Item(s) will only be delivered during normal business hours (between 9:00am - 5:00pm) weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays, and after business hours.
7. OzPlaza will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to goods in transit.
8. Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item(s) that are undeliverable and/or returned to the seller as a result of incorrect delivery details or unsuccessful delivery.
