Due to many varied experiences with not being face to face with the bidder/buyer at the time of auction/making offer to purchase, it has been necessary for us to outline a set of terms and conditions. A lot of this does not apply to the many that intend on doing the right thing and is really designed for the few that may need specific clarification. Our apologies to the many..... PLEASE READ ON.


  • Contact us Immediately to get the ball rolling  (remember we are not on the net 24hrs a day).

  • Finalising payment within 5 days-(need longer?  Please ask if it is ok before you bid/buy).

  • Freight costs are your care unless we are offering free delivery. (insurance is ALWAYS your care)

  • You WIN, You PAY, We PACK, We SEND - This is the simplest rule to remember

  • Images/photos act as representations of the item only (unless specified otherwise) and are usually file images.


  1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, the courts/tribunals at which state shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

  2. By bidding on this auction or using the "buy it now" feature you are sending us an offer to enter into a contract of purchase for the item advertised as per section 4 of eBay terms of use, the Goods ACT (VIC) and specifically under the contractual terms & conditions outlined herein.

  3. If you cannot agree to any of the outlined terms and conditions please do not bid or buy as we will not accept any variations to our terms unless by prior written arrangement.

  4. Please ensure you know exactly what you are bidding on as items are offered as described & all sales are final. You have every opportunity to walk away prior to entering into this agreement without cause for us to involve ourselves with administering the transaction and incurring costs to do so or suffering any loss' in the process.

  5. We are not responsible for your knowledge ( or lack there of) of any item offered and every opportunity is provided to clarify prior to entering into this agreement.

  6. Cancellations of the contract after purchase/auction end are at the discretion of the seller and are subject to Cancellation/Administrative fees.

  7. We do not offer nor extend "drop shipping". The buyer agrees that the nominated address they provide is that of their home or place of business or workplace only and not to any third parties.

  8. Return of goods due to incorrect purchase or change of mind will solely be at our discretion as to whether we agree to extend the opportunity or not. Should we grant the opportunity, any costs incurred in the initial delivery and any restocking fee we deem appropriate shall be applicable.

  9. Due to the fact we run a business outside of the online site, we reserve the right to cancel our auctions/offers at anytime to cater to availability.

  10. Online trading does not offer us the ability to control our stocking levels and quantities offered . We advertise in good faith that the items are available at time of listing. However, as time progresses, listed quantities may not be a true indication of availability at time of contract. If availability is of paramount concern , please make enquiries prior to doing so otherwise delivery may take up to 21 days if items are sold out at time of order.

  11. It is at our discretion as to what we feel the maximum length of time is to settle a transaction. If at any time we feel that the transaction has gone beyond the appropriate time frame to settle, we will, within our discretion, deem your actions to be that of a breach of our agreement and seek appropriate remedy, primarily with the opportunity to pay the cancellation fee or through the judicial system (as we deem appropriate).

  12. Any feedback that is left by the buyer that is deliberately false or misleading or without warrant about us, shall be deemed as defamatory and removed at the buyer's expense within 14 days, without debate, to avoid litigation.

  13. Any photos or pictures you see in this advertisement are intended for illustration purposes only, unless specified otherwise.

  14. Use of brand names to describe parts for units does not indicate that the items are manufactured by the brand name owner. (IE Battery Dell D600 does not mean a Dell manufactured battery only that it is a battery that suits a Dell D600 model laptop).

  15. Warranty (if offered for the item) is applicable only for premature wear of components and not misuse by buyer.

  16. Any warranty offered is return to base and limited to parts and labor. These warranties are conducted on our premises and the responsibility for drop off and pick up is with the buyer. In the event that the buyer has to freight goods back to us for warranty, any cost of of freight to our premises is to buyer's care and if item is found to have a manufacturer's fault, compensation of return cost will be borne by us.

  17. Our liability under warranty is limited to remedy in the form of repair, replace or refund and is solely at our discretion, of the purchased  item only.

  18. In the even that a warranty claim is made and the item is found not to have the defect/issue claimed by the buyer, we reserve the right to charge technical service fees.

  19. Freight Costs when they are buyer's care and are non refundable once undertaken and paid for on behalf of the buyer.

  20. Where the buyer requires us to ship the goods, our point of delivery is to our nominated Australia Post office and goods are deemed to be delivered to the buyer once we have passed them onto Australia Post for delivery. Buyer agrees to indemnify us from loss or damage once passed onto Australia Post.

  21. Insurance of goods against loss or damage is buyer's responsibility. Unless specified and paid for, goods will be sent without additional insurance and compensation will be limited to $50. 

  22. All due care is taken in packing of goods so items that become faulty as a result of transport/mishandling are not covered by our warranty policy and are covered by the carriers insurance (if buyer has requested and paid for such insurance).

  23. Lost or stolen packages and delays in delivery are not the responsibility of the seller, our duty of care is to pass your item over to the postal service to perform the delivery function.
