Postage & Payment

50% off postage discount on multiple purchase in different listings:

*Exclude multiple/quantity purchase in the same listing (postage charge will be the same as stated in the listing).

*Full amount will be charged for the first item with the highest postage cost, remaining item/items (must be in different listings) will be charged at 50%.

*All items must be posted to the same address.

PAYMENT

We only accept direct deposit, internet banking transfer, and Paypal.  For direct deposit and internet banking transfer, please allow 2 working days for the amount to be transferred.  For Paypal echeque, it normlly takes around 5 workings days to clear the fund.

  • All payments must be made within 3 day.
  • Payment received notification will email to you once payment received.

  • Always proceed to ebay checkout after purchase to pay for the item and retrieve our banking detail there.
  • Remember to leave your user ID or a special number (not item ID) for our reference if pay by direct deposit

  • Incorrect payment and unclear reference will delay shipment.

 

SHIPPING

The stated flat rate eBay Shipping and Handling fee in general consists of the postage cost, registered post label cost, packaging material cost, and labor cost.  All items will be posted using Australia Post, and our visits to Australia Post Office is scheduled at everyday morning (except Sunday and public holiday).
 
All items will be treated with extreme care and wrapped with protective material to minimize damage during postage. PCZONE is not responsible for any incorrect address, packaging damage and delay during posting.
  • Remember to confirm your address immediately with your payment if necessary as item will be sent out the next business day once payment received.

  • Posting service may be delayed during public holidays and weekend. Remote areas, Western Australia and Tasmania may take longer time to arrive.

  • Posting notification and reference number will be emailed to you once the item have been shipped.

  • If pay by Paypal, we always assume the address on your Paypal registration is correct if we didn't hear from you.

  • If pay by direct deposit, we always assume the address on your ebay registration is correct if we didn't hear from you.

 

POSTAGE DISCOUNT

At PCZONE, we offer 50% off postage discount on multiple purchase in different listings:
  • Exclude multiple/quantity purchase in the same listing (postage charge will be the same as stated in the listing).
  • Full amount will be charged for the first item with the highest postage cost, remaining item/items (must be in different listings) will be charged at 50%.
  • Items must be posted to the same address in one packaging.
  • Please change the postage amount in checkout or request us to send you a new invoice before making your payments.
  • PCZONE have the right to choose the posting method (either register or express).

 

EXCHANGE / REFUND

If you change your mind, no worry, we offer product exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. We do not offer exchange or refund for software unless it is faulty. Always email us before returning item. The following terms and conditions apply for return:

  • Packaging must be in its original condition, we don't accept exchange or refund if packaging is unsealed,  item is taking out of the original packaging and being used/ tested.
  • Buyer is responsible for returning postage, plus the postage for exchange items.
  • Buyer is required to pay for the different if the exchange item cost more. Postage is not refundable and cannot be used as a credit amount to cover the exchange item.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all items are well packed and use the most reliable posting method in order to avoid damage/ lost during return shipping.
  • For refund, 12% of adminstration fee will be applied to cover our expenses, such as relisting fee, ebay fee and Paypal fees, etc. And postage is not refundable.

 

WARRANTY

Warrnty period is clearly stated in each listing and most of the item is 'Return to Base' unless specifiy - means all items must return to us and we are responsible to return back to our suppliers. Warranty on all items will be the manufacturers warranty and at the manufacturers discretion.  Please visit manufacturere website for full warranty terms and conditions.

Software does no come with warranty. Please inform us within 7 days of receipt to get replacement if Dead on Arrival.

Before Making A Claim

As we found most of the returned items are not faulty, please check everything, read the operation manual and seek for technical support before considering it is faulty. Keep in mind, warranty is not cover any wear-off components/parts, misuse, physical damage, unauthorized repair and modify. A $30.00 checking fee will be applied if the returned items are not found faulty and you are responsible for all transit costs.

Warranty Claim

Always email us to get a RA (return authorisation) approval before returning any items. PCZONE have the right to refuse any returns or exchanges.

If the item is DOA (dead on arrival) within 7 days of receipt, simply return the item to us (postage for returning items to us is at our expense) and we will liable for posting the item back to you.

If the item is faulty and fall after 7 days of receipt, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expenses.  It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all items are well packed in order to avoid damage/lost during return shipping.

Repair/ Exchange process

All warranty are handle by the Australian distributors/manufacturers, and we have no control of the time and process.  It normally take sometimes, approximately 2-4 weeks, depends on their stock and spare parts level.  And item may be exchanged or repaired.  We can't promise or guarantee a specific time for the process, but we will try our best to speed up the process and email you an update regularly.

Return Not Accepted If

  • No serial number (all serial number will be recorded in our system before shipping), no 'warranty void' label or the label is damaged.

  • No RA or approval from PCZONE

  • Item that is wear-off components/parts, misuse, physical damage, unauthorized repair and modify

  • Item is not in complete packaing including all the original accessories.
  • Item is damaged or lost during tranist.

 

LISTING

All photos in the listing are for illustration only!  We try to provide accurate listings by attaching as much information and photos as possible.  Actual item and packaging may differ from the listing, as products may change time to time by manufacturers.  Minor change of specification, packaging and physical appearance may occur without notice.

 

FEEDBACK

We will first provide our buyers with positive ebay feedback once item posted.

Please leave feeback for us once item received in satisfactory condition.  So we can make sure the transaction is completed, this will assist us to regeistered your user ID and date of receiving to our system for warranty purpose.
