- When using the auspost shipping calculator, please make sure you have entered a correct postcode to avoid confusion.
- Unless stated in the auction, we do not offer any combined postage for any items.
- All wines will be posted via australia post eParcel wine fragile service to ensure the maximum protection for your wine during transit.
- Some items are shipped with courier, if you have troubles receiving mail from courier, please let me know before you pay.
- Upon confirmation of payment, we usually shipping your item within 48 working hours.
- Express eParcel post is available upon request.
- Transit insurance is available upon request at 2% of the insured. Unless transit insurance is purchased, we are not responsible for any damages or missing articles during transit.
- All deliveries will be made only to buyer's eBay profile address. If you want to change your shipping address, please ensure you send your new address 48 hours before you arrange payment.
- For delivery failure, such as incorrect shipping details and late customer collections, a second attempt would incur additional charge.
