Shopping at Princess-Charm eBay store is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with our Terms and Conditions as set out below.
Princess-Charm reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the consumer. Your continued use of the ebay store after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as so amended.
Combine Postage Policy:
Save on postage in one single invoice when you purchase multiple items from us within 5 consecutive days. We charge the highest postage and handling fee (P&H) among your combined items and subtract 50% for each additional item on a combine invoice. Please email us for a combine invoice after all your combinable items ended and before making payment to avoid full P&H charged. Please DO NOT check out and pay for your items individually as this combine postage discount does not apply to items with separate invoices.
Return & Refund Policy:
The majority of our buyers are satisfied with their orders at Princess-Charm eBay store. In the rare cases, if you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer you return of the item for a credit. The credit amount will depend on which claim option you chose; please refer to the table below. To qualify for return, you must:
- email us within 24 hours after you receive the item, and
- return the item back to us in the original condition tagged, unworn, undamaged and unwashed within 7 days including transit time after you receive it.
Postage and handling (P&H) fee is not refundable in all circumstances. For free postage listings, the P&H is included in the total price, so the P&H amount will be deducted from the total paid. Free postage doesn’t mean delivery cost is nil. For delivery of a single garment within Australia, our P&H charge is $9.95 for a small parcel and $13.95 for a large parcel by regular mail, or $13.50 for a small parcel and $16.95 for a large parcel by express post. The cost of sending item/s back to us is at buyer's expense. Princess-Charm ebay store is not responsible for returned item/s lost in transit.

- If your new item's price is more than your credit note, you will be required to pay the difference plus postage and handling fee. If it is less than your credit note, the left portion of the credit will be forfeited; it won't be redeemable for another item or money. |

Payment & Delivery:
Invoice will be sent automatically via email after purchase made. For combine invoice, please email us. Payment must be made within 5 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged. If no payment received and identified by day 5 of purchase, a payment reminder email will be sent automatically, and by day 7 of purchase, an unpaid dispute will be opened. Item will usually be dispatched within 24 hours (except weekends and public holidays) after payment received and identified. Please use your eBay username or item number as payment description to help us verify your payment. Any payment without either of these references may result in slow dispatch.
We accept payments via Commonwealth Bank deposit, internet banking, Australia Post money order, Australian bank cheque, visa or mastercard, or paypal. Please call us on (02) 8090 3828 to pay by visa or MasterCard.
We offer regular mail or express post for domestic transactions, and registered international mail for international transactions. All of these postal methods include a tracking number for your peace of mind.
Sizing:
As a reliable seller, we take measurements of our items, and make careful estimation on sizing for our garments, base on our years of experience in the fashion industry and our standard size guide. We normally state our estimated size on the title of our item, and the labeled size on the item description page. Sometimes, our estimated size is not the same as the labeled size due to large or small make of a garment. This is our usual practice and it is in no intention of misleading. We highly suggest all our buyers to read the entire description of an item before bidding to avoid any misunderstanding, especially on sizing. In most cases, our buyers are happy with the size they get. However, it is impossible to guarantee every single garment we sell will fit every single individual who purchases, due to the fact that sizing can vary depending on make, style, material and an individual’s own idea of sizing. Therefore, it is not our responsibility if you get a wrong size.
As our friendly service, we are happy to provide customers with advice on how to choose a size upon request. However, our advice and estimate on sizing is in no mean that we guarantee customers a perfect fit. It is up to the customer to decide on what size to buy, and it is customer’s responsibility for the size they choose. Princess-Charm is not liable for any incorrect size choice.

Princess-Charm ebay store holds no liability for any loss, damage and missing content of any uninsured articles after dispatch. Transit insurance is optional and can be purchased and added to the total price of a transaction.
We are not liable for any loss and/or harm incurred due to delivery delayed or faulty item. With faulty item, we will arrange replacement after item returned back for inspection and deemed being faulty by our quality control personnel.
