We will be on leave between September 30 and October 12. Our office will be closed between these dates and no goods will be dispatched from our warehouse during this period.
Goods purchased prior to September 28 will be sent out from our warehouse on Monday September 29, providing payment has cleared into our bank account or Paypal account by no later 12pm on this day. If your payment clears after 12pm on September 29 up until October 12, your item/s will be sent out upon our return from leave. We expect to dispatch all good purchased during this period by October 14th and we will contact you once the goods have been sent. We will have limited access to our email account during our travels, as the wireless network in the coutnry of travel is quite poor. Please allow 3-4 days for us to reply to any emails received. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We have listed this vacation message in all our eBay listings as of September 21st so customers have one week notice of our leave dates. If you require your goods urgently we recommend purchasing via our eBay store and ensuring payment clears by no later than 12pm September 29, to guarantee your goods can be dispatched before we take leave.
