Postage and Packaging  

We will deliver the products ordered to the delivery address supplied by you. Availability permitting, all orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days of the date on which the order is received by us, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

We will endeavor to post/dispatch an order within one working day of receiving cleared payment. Payment for all products must be by Paypal, credit or debit card.

Many of our customer orders will be posted within the UK via Royal Mail First Class. The Royal Mail aim to deliver all First Class mail by the next working day.

We also use a courier service to help with the delivery of larger, bulkier and heavier customer orders. This service covers all areas of the UK Mainland at a competitive rate to the customer. Delivery is generally next day.

International orders are sent via Air Mail. This delivery process can take 3 to 10 day’s normally, however Royal Mail state it can take up to 25 working days to complete an overseas delivery and that an order/item is not considered lost until this period has lapsed.
