Payment can be made by Paypal or Paypal Credit Card or Debit Card.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an address where the goods can be received. If you cannot be at your address to accept you delivery, get it delivered to your workplace or a neighbour.
All prices quoted on the site are subject to alterations without notice to take account of fluctuations in the cost of labour and materials and of alterations in rates of exchange and import duty which may occur it the course of manufacturing the products. All prices quoted include sales tax/VAT.
As an online customer you have certain basic rights as laid out in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. These rights are explained clearly in the government website www.consumerdirect.gov.uk Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations entitle you to cancel an order up to 7 days after the goods have been received and to receive a refund within 30 days.
At Partybox Ltd we want to give you much more than your basic rights and so our returns policy is very simple.
Under our “No Quibble” returns policy you have 30 days to cancel the order. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and you return it within 30 days of the date you received it we will refund the full price of the goods. You do not have to contact us for a returns number, you do not have to return the original packaging and you don’t have to tell us why you are returning the items.
It is that simple.
We do not refund the postage costs when you return goods to us.
Simply wrap the goods securely and return them to us. Consider sending them back to us by registered post so that you have proof of them having been delivered back to the address given below. Enclose your name and address so we know who sent the goods back. You would be amazed how many people forget to do that. Better still include the order number from your invoice as that will help speed up your refund.
Things that would be helpful to us:
Return the goods with the original packaging, so that we can offer them for sale again if they are not damaged. Let us know of any problems with the goods. That way we can weed out any unsuitable products from our range.

You may cancel your order, without giving a reason, at any time up to 10 working days from receiving the goods. Partybox will action your refund in full within 2 working days of you notifying us of your cancellation. Please note that due to various banks procedures it may take up to an additional 8 working days before the funds appear in your account.
