Delivery

Enjoy our combined shipping policy and combine several items to save on shipping costs. Pay no more than $9.95 to ship your entire order (unlimited items) anywhere in Australia. Please ensure that your purchase is combined before making a payment.

All our parcels are shipped with Australia Post eParcel service:

  • Tracking Number
  • Signature Required

After your parcel has been dispatched (normally within 24-48 hours) the following delivery times apply:

Queensland 1-3 days 2-5 days
South Australia 2-4 days 2-5 days
Tasmania 2-4 days 3-8 days
Western Australia 3-6 days 4-8 days
Northern Territory 3-6 days 4-10 days
Australian Capital Territory 1-2 days 1-3 days
Estimates provided by Australia Post and are expressed in business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delays can occur during busy periods.
Express Post orders must be completed by 11am to be shipped on the same working day.

Warranty & Returns

Playdex offers 30 days free return program for damaged or faulty stock. If your products are not operating correctly or arrive damaged, please advise Playdex customer service team within 30 days. You will then be able to return the product to us using a REPLY PAID address and have a repalcement mailed to you as soon as possible.

Shop with confidence knowing that every product purchased on this site is covered by full manufacturer's warranty. If you experience a problem with one of our products after the first 30 days, there is no need to worry. Simply contact our team and if your product is still within its warranty period (usually 6-12 months) you will be able to post it back for immediate exchange or store credit. Please ensure that you contact our team prior to posting the goods. Products must be returned to Playdex within 14 days after the claim was approved. Although we do not offer a REPLY PAID service for warranty claims after the first 30 days, we would ship a replacement product for no extra charge.

Pick Up

All our products can be picked up from our warehouse in St Marys, NSW after placing the order.

Availability

We always try to ensure that our stock levels are accurately displayed on eBay. On a very rare occasion an error may occur and the full quantity shown may not be available. In such an unlikely event we will ensure to contact you within 24 hours.

That is why all parcels are shipped with a tracking number that is sent to you within 24 after your order is dispatched. And not only do we offer a full manufacturer's warranty but if you receive the product and no longer need it, simply ship it back to us within 30 days for a full refund of the item price (conditions apply).
